Leopold Schreiber is our Master Chocolatier. He has worked in chocolates for over 40 years. Leopold has extensive chocolate knowledge and experience as well as the creativity necessary to produce exquisite chocolate creations.
Tom Follert is our Production Manager. He is also in apprenticeship to Leopold to become a chocolatier himself. He has a degree in business and years of management and food experience. In addition, he is the Chairman of the Montrose Chocolate and Wine Festival.
Michelle Depue is our Business Developer. Ms. Depue is a detail-oriented communicator with solid marketing and sales expertise.
